85% of the menu is organic all greens, berries, the dirty dozen, always organic, flours, sweeteners, etc. also gmo free. we serve/use reverse osmosis h2o. we use coconut oil for cooking and recently added many ~oil free~ options. we use maple syrup/dates in our sweets and all lunch/dinner items are processed sugar-free, we use orange & apple juice to sweeten some recipes. we focus on preservative free, plant-based & 100% gluten-free dishes, zest is a labor of love for clean food! all items are vegan by design, including desserts. you must ask for dairy cheese or local eggs for brunch
