Brooke checked out the lighter side of festive food at Zest. The restaurant is located at 275 South 200 West in Salt Lake City. Here is the coconut curry recipe they shared with the anchors during the show:zest coconut curry recipeingredients:6 cups of black or brown rice 3 cups of coconut milk1-2 tablespoons of agave or maple syrup2 tablespoons of yellow curry pastesqueeze 1/2 of a limesalt to tasteblack rice- cook rice as directed curry sauce- cook coconut milk with listed ingredients on high for ten minutes until the sauce infuses together.- mix with rice and serve!
