Best Vegan Food in Salt Lake City

Wow! This place is great. We enjoyed our meal so much and the dessert- it was out of this world. Chocolate torte- was so fudgy delicious it’s hard to believe it was vegan. Love the house made ginger beer as well. It may be a vegan place, but really it’s just really good food and you won’t miss anything in your meal.

My wife has Celiacs and we were very excited to find a fully gluten-free dining option. It's vegan, so no real meat or cheese. It was much better than we expected but the main thing was that my wife got to thoroughly enjoy her mealwithout worry! Service and atmosphere were great!

Visiting SLC and was thrilled to find many Vegan options. Among my favorite thus far and on the healthier vegan side I found Zest. The Vegan Carpaccio and Super Plant Power Salad were divine. I finished things off with some nachos and the tastiest chocolate hazelnut torte. Chance my server was attentive, thoughtful, ... and sat at eye level with me to take my order. Great gluten free options. The nachos were incredible, and my wife was skeptical that they were vegan. We are still not sure because they tasted amazing! Staff was nice. Seating and meal readiness was outstanding for a Saturday dinner. I advise not to park in the lot just north of the restaurant. That place is ... sketchy. The reverse osmosis water accented the meal in such a way! Apparently this is a type of water purification that uses a semi-permeable membrane to separate water molecules from other substances. I'm not vegan, but the food served here is delicious. You can feel the chef's hands in the flavor of his dishes. The service is excellent.
